I am so thrilled to have met Audrey, a woman with a contagious spirit about giving to others. She and her business partner Matt have given away thousands of dollars to help nonprofits do their thing. They are stepping up to do good– (that’s why it’s named Step Up Realty) — and they are beaming ear-to-ear to do it!
Making a Big Difference
Step Up Realty’s guiding principle is giving and serving in our community. One of the ways they accomplish that is they have committed to donate 10% of their earned commissions to local non-profits. And they have helped a lot of people! They have given to Samaritan Inn, Habitat for Humanity, SPCA, Veteran Center of North Texas, All Abilities Playground, and many, many more!
You Can Choose
One of the most touching parts of this business is that the buyer or seller can choose where part of the money goes! With a 10% profit, 5% of that goes to a charity of their choice and 5% goes to a charity of your choice (as the buyer or seller). Do you have a nonprofit that you are passionate about? I am over the moon because now we are the recipients of this generosity. Step Up has committed to $5,000 of matching funds for North Texas Giving Day! That means all the gifts given from 6am-noon (up to $5,000) will be DOUBLED.
